New stash acquisitions and "A Sweeter Love" sampler progress

Well, somebody slap my hands...I've been at it again! Stash acquisition is everyone's favorite thing to do right? I think I do it pretty well, especially when it comes to Blackbird Designs. I just can't seem to pass them up. And, thanks to Katrina's blog...Anniversaries of the Heart is ready to go. I haven't acquired all the threads yet, but figure I can do just one month/leaflet at a time and then the pocket book won't suffer as much.
Here is the Summer, Autumn, Winter series all ready to go Who can resist the Christmas projects that came out right after Christmas? I have no current plans to stitch these right away, but I can never pass up a Blackbird project.

And then I was surfing around on The Sampler Company's site, I could not resist these 2 designs by Brenda Keyes. I think they are absolutely stunning!

And after all the stash acquisition, I am finally able to settle down to some good 'ol stitching! That over-one wording took me a hundred years (give or take some) to finish up, and the border, well that's taking a bit of time, especially since I have problems with my math...

I'm determined to whittle away at my WIP pile this year, even if it is only 3 projects. But not to worry, I WILL add to the pile, just like always. Hope your February has been as productive as mine!

I love all of your new stash!! A lot of the colors in AotH are repeats after the first few blocks, so it's not so bad. I can't wait to watch you work on that! Love the WIP--nice progress!

Lovely, lovely stash... BBD is at the top of my list too... such talented ladies.
Your sampler is beautiful. I hear you on the over one... not my favorite either and it seems to take ages to get stitched.

You BBDs are just beautiful! I'm a big fan of those two ladies, as well! I know you are going to love each and every stitch. The Brenda Keys samplers that you chose are also lovely. Bird Sampler is a must do for me. Happy stitching.

The only hand slapping that will be going on is of the "high five" variety! Drooling over all your new stash - each and every pattern, fabric and thread are beautiful! Awesome progress on the PSS piece. Funny, I've had trouble not only counting, but following directions lately, too.

Just love all the stash that you picked up! Wowzers you're going to have some fun stitching all of those. What is it with those BBD designs. I just stumbled across a BBD quilt that I'd never seen before and had to order it. Maybe this year will have to be the year of the BBD! And I love those Brenda Keyes samplers too!!

No hand slapping here...I have the same sickness! I have been buying Blackbird projects as well!
Love the Anniversaries of the heart series! Isn't that just the most splendid sampler? Good idea to spread out the cost.
I just bought Christmas Garden stash and will be starting that soon...Maybe a SAL later in the year? I would love that!
Great progress on you current WIP. That wording looks like a killer.
Hugs to you!

Soooo many gorgeous "to-do's". I'm definitely a BBD gal, too! Great choices mean great results! Now what can one do to acquire more time for stitching? Your WIP is beautiful and you're moving along on it nicely. Smiles....
