And now you don't...
This house demolition happened across the street and just diagonal (kitty corner) from our old home. We watched from our windows as it came down and it took only about 20 minutes. The landscape in our neighborhood has changed drastically as progress continues forward on the highway.
We are finally all moved, but have not had our final inspection with UDOT and handed over the keys yet. We still need to call and make that appointment. I don't have pictures yet of our new house because it's been such a mess getting settled. We make a little progress every day, but we are exhausted and so the progress is slow. Saturday we spent the day putting things away and Wayne hung some fun things in the house but we've got lots more "stuff" to hang as well.
Wayne and I spent Saturday evening watching NASCAR! Wahoo! The new season will officially be underway next weekend with the Daytona 500! I enjoyed the roar of the engines again and watching my favorite drivers duking it out! Happy Harvick won...not my favorite driver...but at least a Chevy won and my driver Jeffy #24 took third place...hey...it's always a crap-shoot at Daytona!

Thanks to Brittney--we love her, We know that she will simply LOVE the fiddle leaf fig. I'll really miss seeing it. Maybe we could go for a visit?

Wow...amazing! Aren't you glad that you don't live in those houses behind there? They'll have to suffer the noise of the road! At least you'll be nice & quiet in your new place. :)
