This morning I finished my Blackbird box from the Shepherd's Bush Retreat. It didn't take long to stitch or to finish. I just loved doing the whole project!

HVAC...and a Blackbird Designs finish.
We have heat and air conditioning and a water meter now! Wahoo! I went to the house this morning to clear the sidewalk and driveway of all the snow we'd received over the last couple of days and found the HVAC guys there. This is a picture of the guy putting in the AC. Hard to imagine we'll ever need that since our weather here has been so darn cold! Another guy was down in the basement wiring up the furnace and putting vent covers on everywhere. Later this afternoon I stopped in after they had left and the house was warm and welcoming! We're starting to get just a little bit excited!

So I was thinking that after you are all settled in the new home we should come for a tour or maybe a little get together would be fun. You provide the home and we will provide the treats!!!! :)
