Yesterday was a Jill Rensel day!

There's nothing like getting a package from Jill Rensel's Studio! YAY! Here's the two pieces I had framed:

First up is a piece that Carolyn stitched for me for my birthday: There's No Place Like Home...I've had a place all picked out for this one, just at the top of my stairs where my mother's sofa table now resides with all my fun stitching/sewing stuff.

Thanks Ms. Cari for such a wonderful piece to hang in my new house! I love it!

Next up is my "Little House Neighborhood" from Little House Needleworks. Jill picked out the frame for me right off and it took about two nanno seconds to decide I loved it. I think it's perfect. Here are several pictures I took of it right before I hung it up!

Out on my front porch...

Here's an up close of the frame...

It's place of honor...

Wonderful! Both of these frames compliment the pieces so well! I bet you were really thrilled to get them on their respective walls. Love the quilt in the second pic too!

What a thrill to get some framed pieces from Jill Rensel! I think she would have to be one of the best framers, and her mats are to die for as well. Great choices - they both look gorgeous! Enjoy!

Oh wow, Cathy!!! You must be SO thrilled with everything! I had to click on the pictures so I could pour over everything in minute detail. :) They are both stunning, and I love how you've displayed them both. What a neat idea to put a sampler propped under the table--love that! Everything is just gorgeous. YGG!!

Hi Cathy,

I absolutely love your finishes! They are so darling. What a wonderful gift, I love that design!

I was just putting 2 and 2 together, and realized, you are from Utah, and I think I met you in Salt Lake at Ellen Chester's visit to Swans. I came with Rachel Hamm. After this visit, Rachel took on another job and didn't have time to go anymore, and I guess I needed her hand to hold and take me to the meetings. LOL.
So fun to find you. I'm adding you to my blog roll so I can keep in touch with you!

Lucky you! Jill does such an amazing job. I am gathering up a pile of stuff I'm hoping to drop off in person for her to frame (one of these years!)
