Finally making progress...

Once I got over my craziness, I quickly took out all the red and put in the black/blue color and then moved on to the bodice and arms, face and hair. I've been working on this "Garden Angel" for quite a number of years, so I'd like to get her finished right away.

All my silks for Paradise Lost should be on their way today. I ordered them from Drema as her 20% off is just too great to pass up. Can't wait to get started on that and also on My Home Town by CHS...that is on my radar as well.

Here are some pictures from the Witches Tea. We had a grand time:
Table all set to go!

Goblin head cheese ball.
Designer spider cookies!
Other grossities! We had lots of food...I just didn't take pictures of it all. We had soup and salad, etc. There were 11 of us for lunch! We also had a drawing for a cute Halloween children's book. True to form...I did not win....oh well...maybe next year.

PS...I'm trying really hard to stay off my broom for the rest of the year...hard to do, right?

Your Garden Angel is so nice, and you have picked a couple great projects to get started on! Paradise Lost especially looks like it will be so fun to work on.

Your Witches Tea looks like it was a wonderful time. I love all those decorations and the decorated food.

Oh, I've been wanting to stitch those angels forever! I love your Garden Angel! And the party food! lol! How gross and wonderful! Looks like a lot of fun was had. PL is a lot of fun to stitch -- big but fun! I'm in the midst of it myself.

Love your garden angel. Don't you just hate to rip out floss? Sometimes it almost can bring me to tears.
Your party ideas are great! I think Martha Stewart will be calling you soon. Bet everyone had a wonderful time.
The invitation is really clever. Is it hand written? Love the font.
