More Stash Cache and other pics...

Yesterday I received a package from the Bush...I had totally forgotten that I had ordered it and so I was very pleasantly surprised. Here's a peek...I couldn't wait to get started on it...
This piece was featured on the Bush Blog several weeks ago and I could not resist it. The chart is from Hands to Work and is called Love, Me. I am using the Bush's changes...

I also ordered the 2008 scissor's fob....couldn't resist...although I'm not too fond of the Bianca scissors that go with it...so I did not order those...just the fob for my collection.

Next, I finished up the LHN Schoolgirl Lessons for my daughter for graduation. I found a nice little plain frame and I'm going to paint it red and distress it a bit. I've only got 2 days before I need to have it painted and framed...I'll get it done and then take a final photograph. Here's it unframed and unpressed.... Christy did accept a teaching position. She will be teaching 4th grade at Welby Elementary School. We're very excited for her. She starts school mid-August and so has from now until then to prepare and to enjoy some long deserved down time.

Last weekend Wayne and I and our son, Scott went to Moab to a car show down there...here are some pics I took... Our car is the blue Chevy Impala, Scott's is the VW Bug...the car show was huge...we didn't even see all the cars...only about half of them...

After the car show we took off and drove through Arches National Park... Simply amazing! Sorry my picture is so goofy...I don't profess to be photogenic. Behind us you can see the beautiful "Delicate Arch." We hiked about 10 minutes to this place. You can hike right up to it at another place but that would have taken me about half a day and we didn't have that kind of time, besides which, I would have died in the process! :)
